An honest statement of where we are, not a conformance badge.

We want Candidate Copilot to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We are not claiming full conformance, and this page says plainly what is true today.

What we target

We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our working standard.

What we do today

Semantic HTML with landmarks and a skip-to-content link.
Keyboard-operable navigation and menus, with visible focus.
Text alternatives on meaningful images and icons.
Color choices intended to meet AA contrast, and support for reduced-motion preferences.
Layouts that respond to zoom and small screens.

Known gaps

We have not completed a formal third-party audit, and we have not verified every page and flow against every assistive technology. Some areas may fall short of our target. We treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a finished checkbox.
